  We were very disappointed with the service we received - the tenants referenced by RM English turned out to be bogus - they stopped paying the rent after one month, they were smokers when we asked for non-smokers and they smoked in the house, they trashed the house and left without returning any of the keys; we had asked RM English to find a professional couple - we only found out after they had moved in that they also had a young child living in the house; we paid for professional referencing and trusted this had been done - we had to ask for a copy of the reference as it hadn't been shown to us before the tenants moved in. As soon as we read the reference we could see that this couple could not afford to pay the rent + other outgoings on this 4 bedroom house
  
  While we opted for a tenant find only rather than a managed tenancy - we still expected some help from RM English as they had introduced the tenant to us, but there was non forthcoming; they would not even return the referencing fee as a gesture of goodwill.
  
  Since we are currently living overseas we decided to cut our losses and have now sold the property
